Instructions for filling up of the the application

1. Candidates are advised to read the Prospectus before filling up the online application form.
2. Candidates can register with one e-mail id and phone number only once for a programme and they have to note down the application number after registration for future reference.
3. However, the candidates can apply for another course by registering again with the same details. The application number for each course will be different. The application number for each course should be noted separately.
4. Once the application is submitted online, the candidates will not be able to change the details entered in the application form. Therefore, care should be taken while filling up the online application form. The University will not be responsible for any errors occurring during filling up of application form.
5. With regard to the marks scored for basic qualification, while submitting the application candidates have to upload only their certificate showing marks to prove their basic qualification for the course applied, as prescribed in the notification published in the website.
6. The candidates will be treated for the reservation quota only if the necessary certificates are uploaded in the application portal.
7. All M.V.Sc. candidates must upload their nativity certificate in the space provided.
8. However, if the candidate is not issued the certificate by the competent authority, they can upload such certificates later on, but should upload all the certificates in the application portal before the date of entrance examination.
9. Students should carefully choose the options/ preference of college/ discipline, wherever applicable after referring the prospectus, for the course details and colleges conducting the programme. The University will allot colleges/ courses based on the merit and preference of the candidate.
10. The application will be considered complete only if the necessary certificates are uploaded, paid the application fees and chosen the options/ preference of college/ discipline, wherever applicable
